LMC 523 Smartmac Moulder

Powerful, Precise, Efficient & Economical Moulder.

  • 1 to 5 Head Moulder
  • 7″ (180mm) or 9″ (230mm) Width
  • Full Sound & Safety Enclosure includes lighting fixtures
  • 1 piece, cast iron heavy machine frame is specially heat treated for standard configurations
  • Motorized vertical adjustment of feed beam
  • More full width Top & Bottom Driven Rolls them most competitors
  • Feed System is Chainless Heavy Duty Cardan Shaft with very heavy gearboxes and universals
  • Fast variable feed speeds of up to 80 fpm (25mpm) are standard – higher speeds optional

  • Spindles Speeds are std. 6000 rpm and 7200 rpm are optional
