End Trimming Unit: To carry out the trimming of edge excess at the front and rear portion of the panel with 2 tilting motors HF 0.5 hp (0.37 kW)

Top And Bottom Trimming Unit: To carry out top and bottom fine trimming of the edge with 2 tilting motors HF 0.75 hp (0.55 kW). Micrometric adjustment with numerical read-out.

Scraping Unit: To scrape the edge of the tape using knife scraping. Micrometric adjustment with digital readout.

Glue Scraping Unit: Top and bottom glue scraper

Brushing Unit: To carry out the cleaning and polishing of the applied edge using cloth disc brushes with 2 motors 0.25 hp (0.18 kW) with cloth discs dia. 3.8" / 100 mm.

  • 2 Liter Glue tank in Teflon with quick heating system. Glue tank in Teflon with electronic control of the temperature at 200°-130° Celsius
  • Automatic glue temperature lowering when machine has been idle for a set period of time from 200° to 130° Celsius
  • Pneumatic Guillotine knife for automatic edge cutting with a max thickness of 3mm with automatic "kickback" of the edge
  • Adjustable edge pressure unit complete with 2 rollers: 1st motorized  roller with separate adjustable pressure system; 2nd idle roller with separate adjustable pressure system
